RaceFactory ™ Warranty :
The RaceFactory™ warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects. The RaceFactory ™ guarantee complies with the law, and your rights are clearly indicated on the website www.codicedelconsumo.it The guarantee is reserved to the first purchaser and is not transferable .
Limitations voiding the guarantee:
Cyclist weight limit 95kg, alteration of the original spoke tension, replacement of the spokes or part of the components of the wheel set (such as the hubs) with non-original components and/or by unauthorized RaceFactory ™ personnel, use and penetration of ammonia-based latex in the rim, gravity use for the XC Marathon versions , inflation above 5 bar or below 0.8 bat.
The warranty is void if the recommended maintenance has not been performed. Any RaceFactory ™ component returned and found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at RaceFactory ™'s option.
The warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of product returned and found to be defective by RaceFactory ™ or an authorized RaceFactory™ dealer, no credit will be given or refunded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and wearing parts (such as bearings), fatigue damage or collisions. Incorrect assemblies, poor maintenance, alterations or modifications, use beyond the design limits and/or beyond the component's designated field of use, installation of non-genuine and/or RaceFactory ™ approved parts and spares, damage from incorrect storage void guarantee.
The product in question must be sent to RaceFactory™ in its original packaging, properly packaged, with payment and guarantee receipts.
Important:
RaceFactory™ rims have a serial number laminated inside the rim when the rim is manufactured. Removing it makes it impossible to trace the wheelset serial number and thus prove the warranty. This is also a theft protection.
Caution:
Read the product safety instructions on the back of the guarantee sheet very carefully before using your RaceFactory ™ product.
Crash replacement :
Within the 24 months warranty, RaceFactory ™ offers a crash replacement program . In the event of structural damage caused by use of the components, it offers a 30% discount on the public price list in force for the component in question.
The product in question must be sent to RaceFactory ™ in its original packaging, properly packaged, with payment and guarantee receipts.
The product must be shipped as originally received, therefore without assembled components, such as sprocket packs, discs, through pins, etc.
The replaced rim remains with RaceFactory for analysis and statistics and cannot be claimed by the customer.
